Softjoin Solutions offers after sale support & maintenance through yearly Annual Maintenance Contract for managing software running at client' site. AMC covers updation, enhance module, training & user management, bugs/error resolutions with backup monitoring tool. This service is offered by the technical support team for uptime support. First year AMC is included to the software installation amount. Thereafter every year AMC's renewal need to be done for taking uninterruptable services & support.

Our software follows the guidelines & standards designed by NABH, where patient record has maintained by a Unique UHID. Our TPA Management is developed as per the standards of IRDA Summary bill format under Schedule IV-A and detailed bill format under Schedule IV-B having IRDA Level codes.
